Butcher Boxes
A Quarter of Beef is approx. 100-150lbs of beef. All boxes will have 70lbs of 80/20 ground beef with your choice for the rest of assorted roasts and steaks.
ALL PRICE is reflected off FINAL hanging weight and will be calculated upon slaughter. Our prices for a Quarter are $11.00 Per lbs.
Customers can expect to pay approx. CAD $1100-1400 (Deposit included).
Cut sheet will be emailed after deposit is submitted.
A half of beef is approx. 240-280 lbs. of Beef.
All prices are reflected off final hanging weight- which can be expected to range from 600-800lbs.
Customers can expect to pay CAD $4000-$4400 (DEPOSIT INCLUDED).
